Longitudinal slitting system JOLLY type
Slitting units have "AURETTA" type bottom bands, diameter 160 mm (with interchangeable cutting ring in HSS) and knives in D2 steel, diameter 150 mm.
AURORA GL motorized slitting system
Top holder and motorized bottom bands assembled on GL rail with linear bearings. Manual or visualized positioning with web out.
AURORA motorized slitting system
With linear rail for type RSA linear bearings brackets with pneumatic clamps. Automatic with web in positioning.
EXPANDO slitting system
"EXPANDO" slitting system is useable for applications with many cuts and size changes. It has a tangential cut with the top holder connected to the bottom counterblade through an engaging piston.
KOBE edge-trim system
The "KOBE" is specifically designed for trimming edges of continuously moving webs with a motor driven bottom knife assembly. The "KOBE" edge-trim features pneumatic upper knife holders for shear cut.
